Description
The Holster Accessory Mount (HAM) is an offshoot of the Negative Cant Plate with Equipment mount (NCP-E). Designed for those who do not require an adjustment in the cant of their holster but still wish to take advantage of the ability to mount an item, such as a tourniquet holder, on the front face of their handgun holster.
The accessory mounted in this location helps free up valuable space on already crowded duty belts and positions the equipment in a location quickly accessible with both hands.
Low profile and using existing factory hardware to attach the holster directly to the Universal Belt Loop or Quick Locking System fork, the HAM remains within the policy of departments requiring holster mounting without the use of intermediate attachments.
Version 1.1 retains the functionality of the initial design but expands to cover a wider range of holster manufacturers and styles. 95% of duty holsters in the US and Canada are covered.

It’s a beautiful design, that gets my tourniquet off my belt but keeps it more readily available in the dead space in front of my holster!
I just installed this onto my Safariland 6360-6832 (Glock 34 w/X300U) in conjunction with the North American Rescue Rigid Gen 7 Tourniquet Case with Cover and it fits great.
Some things to note:
1. The screws that were on my UBL/holster were too short when trying to install the HAM. Luckily I had a bag of Safariland holster/accessory screws that were a bit longer and I got it to work.
2. I attempted to install the soft North American Rescue CAT Tourniquet Holder (Manufacture Part # 30-0057); however, I was unable to weave PALS/MOLLE style connectors through the HAM because the button snap design made it too thick to weave through. A MALICE clip will fit through fine if you want to install something that requires MALICE clips.
3. The SLS hood operates just fine even with the tourniquet cover installed on the tourniquet case. The SLS on my holster hits a very small portion of the tourniquet cover when the SLS is rotated forward, but nothing detrimental when drawing the pistol.
Overall, the HAM is pretty solid and easy to install. This definitely frees up space on the duty belt and is easily accessible with either hand.

Worked great for mounting a hard TQ holster to my QLS adapted safariland holster for my G45 w/TLR7 fits snug to the holster and allows full bail movement if you pack the TQ snug

It was not a perfect fit and I had to force it in place but I got it on. It looks like it would fit my Sig P320 holster with no trouble. My only real complaint is I didnt come up with the idea. Hhaaaa.

As a police officer, it’s paramount to keep a CAT tourniquet on me. With this addition to my bat belt, I was able to free up some valuable real estate.
This is awesome! I have no room for a Tourniquet on my duty belt and have been stashing it in my cargo pocket. This is such a life saver! Wicked easy to install and only took a couple minutes. Highly recommend if you don’t have room on your belt and don’t want to stash a Tourniquet in your pockets.

Product delivered faster that I thought it would. Excellent quality and fit holster as advertised. I am currently wearing it and testing it for officers as an alternative to the belt mounted holster. So far no complaints and prefer it to wearing on the belt.
So far it’s been an excellent mounting bracket to get my tourniquet off my belt and free up some real estate. Would highly recommend for anyone with the possible need of a mounting attachment such as this. I am a southpaw using an Eleven 10 RIGID SOFTT Wide Tourniquet Case. Does not interfere with the hood on my Safari Land holster at all.

Very well made product but I couldn’t wear it comfortably. I have a relatively small waist in the law enforcement world (33) and it stuck very far forward. I passed it on to another officer who intends to use it once I can order some additional screws to fasten his TQ holder to it.

I finally got the chance to put it on my duty holster which is a Safariland holster for a Glock 19 with a red dot sight. I was able to fit my tourniquet holder on to it just fine but it didn’t fit my holster without having to manipulate and bend the mount. I was able to get it to fit, however, due to the way that the holes line up it is a sloppy fit. I’m able to make it work, but I wish it fit better.

Very good quality for cheap, only issue I find is hard to get into pocket. But that is a personal issue due to where I have my holster on my belt. Makes room on my belt therefore better on my back when sitting and not having things dig in.

Ordered two on a Wednesday and they shipped and arrived the following Monday. Packaging was simple yet protected the items from damage during shipping. Product is constructed of what appears quality material and the craftsmanship shows dedication to detail.
Install was easy just ensure you have a Phillips screwdriver and Allen wrench set handy dependent on the gear configuration you have. Personally I have a Safariland w/QLS and need one more screw to affix as my QLS is only attached with three screws. No big deal though as it fits securely with only the three screws.
Having the tourniquet now attached to my holster it makes the draw smooth with either my left or right hand. The TQ pouch also being relocated freed up some much needed space on the duty belt.
Highly recommend this product and have shared a link to quite a few co-workers and will share with more as time goes on.

Huge fan of the HAM. I had my TQ in an Eleven10 holder with a a blade tech clip on my duty belt but needed to make some room. Got the HAM super quick (Northern California is only a 2 day ship from Idaho). The quality is great and it’s light and stiff. Great place to move my TQ to and still have ambi access to it. My Eleven10 holder didn’t line up with the holes or openings so I had to cant it outboard to get one screw hole and two edges of the openings but you can barely tell. It changes the way my seatbelt rides on my belt in the car but I’ll get used to that. Cheers guys!

I got into an incident with a suspect and during the scramble I went to the ground. During which time, I landed on my gun side. The plastic tourniquet holder explodes into a million pieces but the HAM stayed in perfect shape!

Perfect for moving my TQ case off my belt. I’m lucky enough to still be able to reach it with both hands. I love the increased leg mobility. The plate allows for a flat mount against the holster or at an angle. I opted to cant it forward a tad so I can deploy the tq when the retention hood is down.

I LOVE the design, the innovation, and the build quality. However, as an active LEO, I ran into two problems that unfortunately I do not think I can overlook. To be clear, I installed the Evolution TQ holster with a CAT TQ.
1). Jumping out of my Ford Explorer patrol car, the tourniquet holder + my holster would bump into my steering wheel as I turn my hips.
2). Standing static, there are zero issues drawing my firearm (3 stage ALS). However, if someone were pressing the TQ into my firearm holster, the hood of the holster would be obstructed from fully clearing the top of the holster, making it difficult if not impossible to draw my firearm.
These are very relevant issues as far as active law enforcement goes. They could potentially be more negligible for ‘operator’ applications.
I still love the idea of this product, and am bummed I won’t be using it on duty. The only possible solution I can think of, which I plan to mess with soon, is using a SOF-T TQ, which would sit lower in the holster, possibly eliminating the hood issue. There would still be the getting out of the vehicle issue though.
I put it on my safariland holster and it works great, I will never forget my tourniquet again. When I have my holster I have the tourniquet as well.

This mount worked well with a 5.11 Cat tourniquet holster. I put it on my Sig P320 RX Safariland holster. The only hiccup was I had to bend it a little bit to work for the RDS holster because it protrudes a little farther than a non RDS holster. I did not have to change out any of the screws because it is nice and thin. Feels like great quality and it doesn’t move.

I can confirm the HAM 1.1 will not work with the 6360RDS for the Staccato without some alternative placement/mounting. The ridge on the front of the holster is too tall. I was able to mount the HAM behind the QLS plate attached to the belt loop and it moves it over enough to work. It’s a little more difficult to get the holster to release, but it’s “good enough for government work”. ;). It won’t work if you don’t use the QLS system though.
Usually helps to include mounting instructions. Obviously a semi intelligent person could figure it out but it’s nice to know when you have to disassemble the holster to attach, especially if you already have the gen 1 bracket installed. Should also include a flat head bit for the tourniquet holder since there’s no way to get your hand in there to make sure the screws are locked down…

Brilliant product. Fits several TQ holders (or OC, flashlight, etc. if you want to really be different), take your pick. Adjustment is easy to keep the top of the TQ from interfering with the hood and RDS cover on Safariland holster. Good for cops to both have less crap directly on the belt, and have the TQ accessible with both hands and visible to other officers. 10/10.

I will admit, I was at first a bit nervous about the bracket being a one sided attachment, however, as I’ve used it I’ve found it is very sturdy and I have had no issues with it. Definitely, a good tool to help maximize belt space while still being able to access the necessary equipment.

Before I ordered this mount, I carried my torniquet in my patrol car, which was not always close by. Now, due to this mount I am able to keep my torniquet on me at all times. The mount I got was great. Great craftsmanship and it is solid. However, I ordered two and only got one. Had to contact the company and point out the error before it was fixed and the second one was sent. No issue with the gear or customer service though. Eventually I will have two.

It does take some time to install and fit test so I do recommend getting the QLS fork system from Safariland to make fitting easier (I.e: installing then waking around and sitting in a car etc.)

Great service, I had a few questions about fit with different holster types and they were very quick to respond. I got my bracket in about 5 days like they stated, and install was a total of 5 minutes. I have had the TQ holder for a few shifts now and it’s a great product.

The HAM is very easy to install and works as advertised. Most of our officers now use it and love it.
Frees up space on my duty belt. Saves my class B’s from getting worn out by the velcro of my TQ. Easy to install and fits well with safariland qls fork.

Works with my holster I’ve had other officers say I would need a new holder for my TQ but when I installed the accessory I didn’t have any issues. Works wonderfully.

Very sturdy. Paired with the Evolution Tourniquet Pouch. One of them included the hardware, and install was a breeze. Very sturdy when attached to the holster, and I have no concern of it bending or breaking.

Fit my Glock 17 holster perfectly.
Love being able to have my tourniquet off my duty belt. But when used with the Blackhawk t series holster, it wore holes in my uniforms. So I no longer use this. Looking for a different option.

Works great on my Safariland 7360 for my Glock 21 w/ TLR-1HL…The mount keeps the TQ away from the hood mechanism and even better, keeps the TQ off my duty belt were it was tearing up my uniforms and outer carrier…10/10 definitely recommend!!
Mount fit perfectly on my Safariland light bearing holster.
Great product. Really freed up some real estate on my belt. Shipping time was delayed by a couple of days but I don’t believe that was the manufactures fault as it got delayed in my city. The product is quality made and does not interfere with the mechanics of my holster, even with a red dot on my firearm. Would recommend this item to other law enforcement officers.

Love it. My TQ I had was on the back of my duty belt due to my department having a policy for all of our equipment to be on our belts. Was digging into my lower back. But this holster mount help make life better by allowing me to mount my TQ to it. 10/10 should get one of you don’t already have one
I’m a skinny guy so space on my duty belt is pretty much nom existent. I didn’t want to sacrifice not having a tourniquet on me at all times. This solved that problem and gave me the option to mount it with my Safariland holster. There isn’t a shift that goes by that a co-worker or a civilian comments on the product and asks where they can get one.

Excellent product. Well made, very durable, east to install. I like the fact the I don’t have to try and add it to my belt because of the lack of space on my belt. This product still allows me to get to the tourniquet with both hands while maximizing space.

What a great product. I don’t have the eleven10 TQ holder so I made what I had work which was a highspeed gear TQ holder and it went on my Safariland holster with ease. I couldn’t be happier!
Grear holster accessory used it to mount an eleven 10 tourniquet ouch to my safaliland holster. All the different notches matched perfectly to fit my style of holster either wit a slight cant or nor cant at all.

The only reason it’s not a 5 is because you didn’t send the necessary tool needed to install the mount, i had to order Allan keys to mount it, it would’ve been nice to know that i needed an Allan key

Anyone looking to free up space on their duty belt, this is a good option. I used this & placed it on my Safariland 7390 7TS ALS holster which holsters my duty Glock 17 Gen 5 w/ TLR-1. I used an Eleven 10 tourniquet holster which is compatible with this product. It’s super easy to put together. All you need is an Allen wrench and a Phillips screw driver (for the Eleven 10 TQ holster at least). For reference search up @the_theory_police on Instagram who has a lot of good info on this product. So far, loving it.
