Timothy Braginton started his Law Enforcement career in 2013 as a Deputy Sheriff for a large Metropolitan Sheriff’s Office in Northern Nevada.  During his service he has worked in detention, district court, patrol and administrative assignments.  Tim served as a member of the Hostage Negotiations Team for several years.  He has been a member of his agency’s SWAT team for over 7 years serving in several capacities including as an assistant team leader of the sniper section.  

In 2020 Timothy was selected to be his agency’s range master where he was responsible for the development and presentation of all firearms related curriculum.  During his assignment he developed curriculum for agency continuing education training, the regional academy, state academy and multiple special teams.  He developed and presented material to local, regional, state and federal agencies.  Tim has thousands of hours of instruction time presenting a broad variety of curriculum to a multitude of different skill levels and student types. 

Timothy holds instructor certifications in a variety of disciplines issued by local, state and federal entities.  Tim holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Automotive Restoration.  Tim currently works as a patrol Field Training Officer continuing his dedication to the development of his peers.  He is a teacher at heart and understands the critical importance of providing the best training possible.
